Supports Waiver (SW)

Designed for individuals 18 and older, this waiver provides services that help those who would otherwise require care in an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (ICF/DD) to remain in a community-based setting.

Residential Options Waiver (ROW)

Supports individuals of all ages who are eligible to receive the level of care provided in Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs) or nursing facilities, in home and community base settings.

New Opportunities Waiver (NOW)

Available to individuals 3 years and older, this waiver helps those who require ICF/DD-level care live more independently within their communities.
